Sword of the Light Singer
The proc (Dance of the Blade) is fairly useless due to the fact that by the time you get this item you have a song that's much better. It's the same proc as the 1.0, and this proc also won't fire if you're using #melody, which I'm pretty sure all bards are using 99% of the time unless pulling. Maybe...
