whats a good bot to have for wizard?

lol sorry for not being specific....yall pretty much answered it for me and so im goin to play a wizard.

I was wondering what class would be better solo with bot at end game necro or wizard, and which one is wanted more in guilds? i like being needed for guilds but dont want to play cleric lol
