That's pretty weird. If you don't mind testing:

Does this happen to you, in VT, when you're not in the court yard? Or in any other zone, for that matter.

No timers or anything have changed, but there was a bug in the script ( fixed on 2015-09-15 ) that caused some of the dot triggers to never happen. After the fix,now all dot triggers are functioning as intended. The dot should trigger on a timer and also at certain checkpoints during the boss's heal...

I'm fairly certain I found the fix for it - at least theoretically, because I could never manage to reproduce the issue. He just recently went live and we were going to announce it with the next server update.

Can confirm this. The donor legs are currently generating hate with only the player's target. Nearby mobs see 0 hate increase from the effect. Thanks for reporting, we'll investigate.
