Thanks for the replies and suggestions :) I should have mentioned this wasn't my first character - I've been playing on the server since October. If HoT isn't supported, would it take this long to crash? I'm not the most tech savvy person :oops: My video modes are supported for the 1920 x 1080 screen.

It happened directly after I created a new character. It won't allow me to get pass the loading screen (refer to screenshot if you may). Any assistance is appreciated as I am quite ill adept at trouble shooting

I'm using the HoT client if that helps any.
