If its still on timer 8 it is a bigger deal because that puts the coth orb and xeg ring on same timer.

xeg buff is not worth a 1hr loss of coth ability.

I bought the leather ones because they had ancient thunder (90% magic focus) on them. They now have ancient frost. Chain now have ancient fire. The ring off Vulak provides Brilliance of Might 2 from Tier 2 while the resplendent shoulders from T5 only provide Brilliance of Might 1. there still plenty of ways to avoid AE of the rooted ToV dragons.

if the intention is to prevent such a tactic the zone needs to be relooked at.
