I'm not a fan of the public high end zone because of the lag it seems to create.

I also like the idea of having Khasva being part of the flag, mostly because it creates 1000% more incentive to progress through DSK3. Lets face it...Currently the rewards for progressing DSK3 are mostly just to say you did it. The content is very very challenging. It's too bad that the item rewards...

could also just remove bindpoint in HOH and replace it with Guild hall (is that possible?)
