I was pressin the reclaim button above my money on the main inventory screen. When that didn't work I tried the one under alternate currency and it caused the crash that the link mentioned. I don't have access to any other clients so I can't say if it's an issue with te SoF client or something else.

Think that's what I'm gonna have to do because I don't have access to any of the other clients. Thanks for the reply.

I've been attempting to reclaim my radiant crystals for about a week now and it won't allow me to reclaim them.
