I noticed this too. I was thinking it was just because I was twisting, but haven't confirmed it. I also noticed that I continue twisting while the cast is going in the background.

I've killed another 20+ mobs with 0 drops. Do they drop less frequently if you out-level the content? My guys are lv 58 (100% AA xp right now).
