Out of combat timer for faster regen is 500 minutes, if posted somewhere else please delete (search didnt turn up anything)

timer 9 combat abilities can be spammed indefinitely, most notable is the head bash which can stun lock a mob until dead

Not sure where this belongs but I was unaware of the 1 bot limit last night and made 5 bots on my beastlord, after finding out that i was only supposed to have 1 i went ahead and deleted my bots, and made characters with the same names on a couple of the classes... well now when i zone on my cleric ...

I believe RoF2 client is causing this because i think skills were awarded at lower levels after a certain expansion, I was asked to post on the forums but unfortunately I outleveled the majority of the RoF2 skill requirements by enough that I was able to train the skills anyways, but one that I can ...
