I have subsequently trained rank 1 of the inspect buffs leadership AA, nada. I have deleted my eqclient.ini, run the patcher...

And for some reason, after I died, they are both working now.

It doesn't appear that a few SK spells are working properly today. Cloak of Akheva click from the Emblazoned souls pants, and the pet buff strengthen death.
