Started up 2 days ago. Planned change or unfortunate boo boo from other changes?

I have separate installs for THF, P99 and Shards. So not sure why it is crashing. Only thing I have to revert back is the Uifiles folder. Not sure what in the folder is causing the problem.

DL'd the new installer and now I can't load my toons. They all get to just before the character select screen and the game just shuts down. I had the same problem with my Titanium. Just have to go in and delete the UI folder and replace it with a good backup of before the installer was used. I try to never update both cpu's until I am sure it works on the first one, that way I know I can grab it from the other comp to fix any problems. ...
