I think we might just want to remove the HoT as is he spends so much time casting it that he doesnt tank very well.

Does an item with the Pre Nerf CoS effect exist in the game? I looked at the Frontier Mountains mob list and it appears they only drop the nerfed version. Anyone know if there is the ability to get this in raid content or something?
