The Hidden Forest

I have recently began playing here and have had no troubles using my UF client from my external HDD but as I have decided to come back I went with the client from thf and all of the other addons (maps, thf downloader, etc..). I have noticed a funny bug that seems to haunt the login. Several of my account name/passowords have been flagged as not existing; however, I can log into them just fine using my UF client for the HDD. I would be more than happy to go into detail with account names should a pm come my way but aside from this has anyone else had this issue and if so how was this resolved?

First thing I can think of, I believe the downloaded client is configured for the THF login server, sounds like your other one might be configured for public eqemu one. Might check here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3266 for more info

^^^^^--- what the gnome said. Sounds like you're eqclient is set up for the thf loginserver but you haven't registered your normal emu account on thf ls. You can either do that, or just use the normal eqemu ls. I prefer the latter option myself. The private thf ls used to practically be a requirement since the public one was so unreliable, but the emu devs have ironed pretty much all of those bugs out and it functions pretty well.

Reset the eqhost to eqemu and it worked like a charm. Thank you both for the quick responses.
