Can't accumulate godly points

My enchanter, Eurwen, cannot seem to keep any godly points. This just started today. After every kill or two the number of points resets to zero. Tried turning in point tokens as well and same thing. All my other characters are accumulating like normal.

Assume the chanter started the quest from the quest giver npc?

Yes. Thousands of points were already accumulated. Evolving gear on that character is also frozen in its progression. Currently on the kill count solo task and those numbers are still moving.
