Saw a new NPC (Fairy) in HOH Guardian of Order. Hailed her, no response. Has she responded to anyone?

Vaion mentioned in another thread that these will become active after the next reboot. They'll attack NPC's accidentally trained to the zone in area to prevent endless bind deaths.
