Not a major issue, but it fades whenever you zone. Likely caused by the skelly illusion, but if I had to choose between it not fading on zone and losing the skelly illusion I'd take it as is. =)

Yea its beacuse of the Illusion. SHD's need permanent illusion AA 
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
