Bit of help that might get your problem solved, go into your everquest directory and look for the file titled UIErrors.txt (might be UIError.txt). Depending on how many errors there are and how often is has logged them, you might have to scroll all the way to the bottom. It will typically tell you which windows it is having trouble loading and thus kicking you out of game. If you are having any trouble figuring out what it is saying, just copy and paste the last log in attempt either here as a reply to a PM to myself and i will help you decipher it.
After you have figured out which element is failing, you can go to eqinterface and obtain that element that you like the look of (not sure if they have default but they may, work won't let me get to the website or i'd be able to tell for sure, sorry). Once you have the necessary files, you can paste them in your default ui directory, this will allow you to log into game.
Or you can always 'find' a copy of titanium online and reinstall it.
