In Dreadspire when you first zone in talk to Sylvia El'Doth she will start the quest. She will ask for 4 Dark Stones that drop from A Dreaded Orc / Ravaged Vampire / Shackled Bones / Vampire Researcher / Enraged Vampire. The orcs are the only viable option when first entering. It has a 20% chance to drop off those. Collect the stones (Pre-Lootable) and hand 4 of them to her.
After that she will ask for 2 Werewolf hides and 2 Bat fangs from Dreadspire mobs. The werewolf hides are called Ethereal Werewolf Hide which drop from A Fanged Werewolf. The Fangs are called Ethereal Bat Fang which drop from Ravished Bat / Vehemet Bat. Once you have all 4 items hand them into her.
The last piece she needs is a Shaft of Dark Bamboo which drops from Mini's in Dreadspire. I got mine from Wurliz the Destroyer. Hand in the last piece to get the reward which when the vampires hit 14% and fall down you can click to remove their invul/regen and kill them.
