Access to Dreadspire Keep - Tier 2

To access Tier 2 you must kill the following mobs which are located in Tier 1:

Zi'Thuuli
Red Fang
Kortiz the Bridge Keeper

From each of these mobs, you must loot a head.
Head of Red Fang
Head of ZiThuuli
Head of Kortiz

The heads are then turned in to Azurin the Betrayer, one at a time, and in the order he asks for them for access to Tier 2. Once done, you may turn in all 3 heads at once to receive the key if you wish it is not necessary to teleport up to Tier 2, but will allow you to click the door to Tier 2 at the end of Kortiz bridge.
